A Wellness Visit is a 1 hour visit that may range from assisting our client with cooking their meal(s), cleaning, showering, assisting with getting dressed for the day, ect.

: • Bathing 

• Grooming 

• Bathroom Assistance 

• Dressing 

• Sitting & Rising and/or Getting In & Out of Bed 

• Prep/Serve/Cleanup Meals 

• Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Kitchen, Bathroom, Livingroom 

• Transportation to Appointments, Church, Shopping ect. (gas charge)

  Non-Medical SPECIALIZED Care (Level TWO)

LEVEL 2 VISIT 3 hrs 

NaNaZWoRLD Home Helpers can work in tandem with your Doctor, Pharmacy, 

Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapists and in addition to Hospice Care. 

• Mobility & Transferring (with lift equipment) 

• 24-Hour Home Care 

• Medication Reminders 

• Overnight/Weekend Care 

• Comfort Management (w/hospice or Doctor approval) 

• Respite Care (Adult Care while family is away) 

• Companionship (games, conversation, stimulation) 

• Genuine Relationship Building (Our helpers become friends) 

• Positive Reinforcement (maintaining positive attitude) 

• Encouragement (for family as well as client) 

• Establishing a Stable Routine 

• Spring Cleaning, Organizational Help
